London’s Workforce Integration Network

The Mayor of London set up the WIN to get more young black men, and others from underrepresented groups, into work. We were commissioned by the Greater London Authority (GLA) to evaluate the programme which included:

  • Inclusive employer training and toolkits
  • Using EDI and workforce data
  • Delivering training opportunities to those from underrepresented groups
  • The Design Lab programme (aiming to increase EDI in large companies).

We reported on what the programme had achieved, the lessons learnt and key issues to consider for future development of the programme.
