Fiona Patrick has worked in local government for many years in customer services and administration management roles. Her friendly and approachable manner mean she is ideally suited for encouraging research participants - whether that’s care home managers, older people who have been in hospital, Football partnership managers, teachers or those caring for a loved one - to feed into our research projects and tell us about their experiences. Fiona leads our telephone team and ensures excellent response rates for our issued surveys.
