Jane Aston

For over 20 years, Jane Aston has worked in social policy and research, including 15 years as a senior researcher in the not-for-profit and education sectors, including with the Institute of Employment Studies. Her work spans a wide array of critical policy areas, from employment, health and well-being, and disability, to mental health, education, and service provision. With a keen focus on learning, development, and access to justice, Jane brings sharp insights into her work, helping our clients drive forward impactful solutions to complex social issues.
