The Mayor of London manages London’s adult education budget and approach and has funded London’s adults to get upskilled. We were asked to review what helps adult learners develop their transferable skills – from the perspectives of learners, learning providers and employers from the Capital – to inform future work to get all Londoners skilled and able to work.
